Private Riding Lessons: 60 minute lesson – $60
Lessons will cover basic horsemanship through competition level in Hunters, Jumpers and Hunt Seat Equitation. We also offer Western riding. Each student will have their lessons designed according to their learning goals. We have school horses that are well trained and perfectly suitable for the beginner through advanced riders.
Students will learn to tack up and groom horse with no assistance.
Must arrive 20 minutes prior to the lesson to tack up and groom.
Students must wear appropriate riding attire. Boots and long pants. Helmets are provided by the barn.
Groundwork and Natural Horsemanship Lessons: 60 minute lesson – $60
Lessons will cover groundwork, how to handle horses, how to study horse behavior and much more. The goal of these lessons is to help raise the level of horsemanship for the benefit of horses and the people who love them. We believe on working with our horses based on the horse’s natural instincts and methods of communication, with the understanding that horses do not learn through fear or pain, but rather from pressure and the release of pressure.
